Alright, so let’s proceed…

Diet plans clearly abound. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.

That’s why I believe that, once you’ve decided on a particular diet, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. It may just have you returning to the drawing board.

This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.

Pretty basic stuff, right? But it’s super important.

I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. The reason for this is actually quite simple…

On low-sugar, you crave sweets. On calorie-restriction, you crave calorically-dense foods. The grass always seems greener on the other side. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s tell the truth here. Culinary videos are, in many instances, pretty damned tough to resist. 😉

Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.

I’m no diet or fitness guru, but I see merit in that. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.

This is the most popular weight loss model in existence. There’s probably good reason for this!

But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.

Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!

Then, using your browser’s bookmarking feature, begin saving the videos that you like. What I would do is compile these into a new bookmarks folder that can be called “Keto Videos,” unless another name strikes your fancy.

Ingredients
For the cake
  • 25 grams Almond Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Coco Powder 
  • 1 Tbsp Melted Butter Coconut Oil can also be used
  • 1 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • a pinch Salt to Taste
  •  Stevia to taste
For the ganache
  • 10 grams Dark Chocolate (85% or Higher) I use Lindt 90%
  • 10 grams Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
  •  Stevia to taste
  • a pinch of Salt Use only if the butter is unsalted
