This is a simple Keto Mulberry Jam that uses gelatin and chia seeds in place of pectin in Jams. This recipe can be modified to make any berry jams of your choice. You can even make a mixed berry jam. Yummy! sounds like good idea. I should give it a try myself.

These days, there is simply an overabundance of diet plans. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
For this reason, when you’ve committed to a diet, and it’s time to start menu planning, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. You very well may end up back at the beginning of your journey.
This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
Pretty basic stuff, right? But it’s super important.
I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
You’ll tend to develop a pretty powerful appetite for those foods that your specific eating plan won’t allow, which some completely different diet 100% encourages. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s be honest here. Food videos are often undeniably hard to resist. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
I can certainly see the merit in that, even though I’m no diet or fitness guru. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
This is clearly the world’s most popular weight loss advice. And this is for good reason!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. And you may not want to play around with those.
Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!
