Okay, here’s the story…
There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.
That’s why I believe that, when you’ve committed to a diet, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You could very well find yourself in the position of starting all over again.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.
Pretty basic stuff, right? But it’s super important.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
On low-sugar, you crave sugar. On a low-carb diet, you tend to crave carbs. It’s always super tempting to dabble. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s not kid ourselves. Recipe videos can oftentimes be undeniably will-weakening. 😉
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.
Seems pretty logical, really. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).
This is common-sense weight loss. There’s probably good reason for this!
But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!

Keto Peanut Butter Cookies
2 cups almond flour http://geni.us/almondflour
1 tsp baking powder http://geni.us/bakingpowd
1/2 cup monk fruit http://geni.us/monkfruit
1 tbsp coconut butter http://geni.us/coconutbutterorg
2 tbsp peanut butter (unsweetened) http://geni.us/orgpeanutbutter
1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch of sea salt http://geni.us/2dnDdf

-Preheat your oven to 165 C or 330 F.
-Take a big bowl and pour in the almond flour, baking powder, the vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, add a little bit of cinnamon and your keto sweetener. Then mix these ingredients together.
-Add the egg, 1 tbsp of coconut butter, 2 tbsp of unsweetened peanut butter. Use a hand mixer to mix everything together.
-Use your hands to make it into a keto cookie dough. You can add even peanuts at this point.
-Take a baking sheet and put your keto cookie dough on it. Then put one more baking sheet on the top and with a roller flatten out the dough.
-Use your shapes to make your keto peanut butter cookies.
-Take a baking tray and put a baking sheet in it and then put the cookies in the tray.
-You can reuse the dough to make more keto peanut butter cookies.
-Put the tray into the oven for 15 min on 165 C or 330 F.
-Melt 2 tbsp of cream cheese in the micro for about 45 secs in small bowl
-Add 1 tbsp of unsweetened peanut butter and mix it together.
-Add 1 teaspoon of keto sweetener and mix it together.
-1 pinch or 2 of xantangummi (http://geni.us/xantangum) and mix it together.
-This is the frosting recipe.
-But if you want you can also melt chocolate with the double boiling method. http://geni.us/ghirardellibakingchoco
-Add 1/4 of a cup of whip cream and mix it together well with the melted chocolate.
-Add one or 2 table spoon of keto sweetener accounting to your taste.
-Mix it together. Add a few tablespoons of water if necessary to get perfect consistency.
Use the chocolate and the frosting to decorate your keto peanut butter cookies.
