So here’s the story…

There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.

It’s for this reason that, the moment a particular diet has been chosen, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. It may just take you back to the beginning.

This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.

I cannot overstate how important this is.

Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…

Items that one diet plan permits, and perhaps even encourages, an entirely different program is going to limit or completely forbid. It’s always super tempting to dabble. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s call a spade a spade… Meal prep videos are, in many cases, extremely tempting. 😉

Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.

I can certainly see the merit in that, even though I’m no diet or fitness guru. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.

This is the most popular weight loss model in existence. There’s probably good reason for this!

Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.

Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!

Keto Raspberry Mousse Recipe
1 Cup Whipping Cream
250g/9 Ounces Mascarpone
2 Tablespoons Stevia (Or your sweetener of choice)
1/2 Cup Chopped Raspberries

In a large bowl, beat the whipping cream until thickened.

In a separate bowl, beat the mascarpone and stevia until smooth.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone.

Once almost combined, fold through the chopped raspberries.

Mix until smooth and then refrigerate for a few hours to thicken, in the bowl you mixed in or move the mousse into a “fancy” presentation dish.

Top with more raspberries and enjoy.
