These savory fat bombs are super rich, decadent, and velvety in the mouth. They’re extremely easy to eat and they’re just plain delicious. Plus, they make for really cute appetizers if you’re serving them to multiple people. Stick a slice of pepperoni underneath, top with a leaf of basil, stick a tooth pick through, and throw a slice of olive on top.

Alright, so let’s proceed…
Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
That’s why I believe that, the moment a particular diet has been chosen, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. It may just take you back to the very beginning.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
The importance of this cannot be overstated.
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
Food and beverages that one plan encourages, a totally different plan is going to banish. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s call a spade a spade… Recipe videos are usually undeniably irresistible. 😉
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
Makes sense. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
This is surely standard, conventional advice. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
