So here’s the story…
Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
I believe that the moment you’ve made your choice, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. It will take you back to square one.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Does this make sense?
I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
Food that one diet plan won’t permit, some totally different diet plan 100% encourages. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s make no mistake about it… Recipe videos are, in many cases, undeniably will-shattering. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. Eat clean, don’t stuff your face all the time, and the fat should come right off. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
No doubt that this is the world’s most popular weight loss advice. As well it should be!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
Here’s What I Suggest…

To you at your very best,
10 large eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
5 slices bacon, cooked
5 patties breakfast sausage, cooked
Nonstick cooking spray
Pre-heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Whisk together 2 of the eggs in a bowl. Once the skillet is hot turn the heat down to medium-low, then add the eggs. If you need to you can use some non-stick cooking spray. Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
Cover with a lid and allow to cook for a few minutes, until the egg is cooked almost all the way through.
Sprinkle on about 1/3 cup of cheese all over the egg. Lay down a strip of bacon, then break a sausage patty in half and lay that down on top.
Carefully roll the egg over the fillings, usually I can fold it in thirds. It will look a little bit like a taquito. Sometimes I have a hard time rolling it, so I fold it over the first time and use my spatula to keep it there until the egg molds onto the shape. Then I carefully fold it over again.
Set aside the breakfast roll.
Repeat steps 1-4 to create 4 more roll ups. There are five roll ups total.
