There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
Therefore, the moment a particular diet has been chosen, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. It’ll probably return you to the drawing board.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Pretty basic stuff, right?
You generally develop pretty powerful cravings for whatever foods your plan disallows, which an entirely different diet protocol 100 percent allows, and perhaps even encourages. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s be honest here. Food-based videos are oftentimes quite tough to resist. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
Seems pretty logical, really. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
This is clearly conventional weight loss advice. There’s probably good reason for this!
But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. And you may not want to play around with those.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!

1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup hemp hearts
1/2 cup coconut flour plus extra for rolling the dough
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon xanthan gum may omit but it helps with texture.
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt for topping
6 tablespoons cold salted butter – very cold
4 tablespoons salted butter melted
2 tablespoons olive oil
2/3 cup ice water
Preheat oven to 400 F
Put the almond flour, hemp hearts, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
Mix with a big spoon until well blended.
Sprinkle coconut flour on a large holed grater.
Grate the chilled butter, stirring it into the flour mixture to keep it from sticking together.
Dust the grater with coconut flour as needed.
Stir gently with a big spoon to ensure the butter is coated with flour and you can see butter shreds throughout your coconut flour mixture.
Add the olive oil and stir gently to combine.
Continue to stir until all of the olive oil is blended into the flour mixture.
Add the water.
Let the mixture stand in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Dust a sheet of parchment or silpat with coconut flour.
Roll the chilled dough out about ¼ -inch thick.
Dust the dough with coconut flour as needed to keep it from sticking.
Cut the dough in the desired shapes.
Use a sharp skewer poke holes in the crackers.
Bake the crackers for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to melted butter and brush the crackers while they are hot.
Turn oven off and place back in the oven for 5 minutes.
