There are obviously many diet plans in the world. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!

For this reason, once a particular diet has been chosen, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. It may just bring you back to square one.

Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.

Pretty basic stuff, right?

I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…

Food and beverages that one eating plan deprives you of, some other plan 100% allows, and perhaps even encourages. It’s always super tempting to dabble. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s be honest here. Food videos are usually undeniably will-weakening. 😉

If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.

Makes sense when you really think about it. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉

This is standard, conventional advice. And it probably has that designation for a reason!

But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.

Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.

4 packets sugar-free port wine jelly crystals
2 ½ Cups Boiling water
2 Tbps.Brandy
2 cups Heavy Cream
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup fresh strawberries
300ml Thickened cream

Place jelly crystals in a heatproof bowl. Add boiling water. Stir to dissolve crystals. Stir in 400ml cold water.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until just starting to set.
Cut the sponge into 2-inch size pieces.
Arrange sponge in a 13 cup-capacity serving bowl. Drizzle with brandy.
Spoon half the jelly over top. Top with heavy cream.
Sprinkle with raspberries and strawberries.
Spoon remaining jelly over top.
Refrigerate, covered, overnight.
Using an electric mixer, beat thickened cream and sugar substitute in a bowl until soft peaks form.
Spoon mixture over trifle. Top with raspberries and strawberry quarters. Serve.
