Diet plans clearly abound. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
It’s for this reason that, when a particular diet has been chosen, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. It’ll probably have you returning to the beginning.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
It’s basic, but hugely important.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
What one eating plan doesn’t allow you to consume, an entirely different program 100% permits. And let’s not lie to ourselves. Meal prep videos are often 100 percent will-shattering. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.
Makes sense when you really think about it. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
This is clearly common-sense weight loss. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. And you may not want to play around with those.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!

1 Vanilla bean scraped out, this is optional
ps. On the Swerve sweetener, you may want to use a bit less than 3/4 cup for you, it says it measures like sugar, but for me that is a bit too sweet, I am not used to eating sweets anymore.
Let it churn for 20-25 minutes total. Add toppings 5-6 minutes before the ice cream is done. ENJOY!
