- 1/4 cup cocoa butter about 25g
- 1/4 cup coconut oil about 35g
- 10 drops vanilla stevia drops
- Melt together cocoa butter and coconut oil over low heat or in double boiler.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla flavored stevia drops.
- Pour into molds.
- Chill until hardened.
- Remove from molds and keep stored in the refrigerator.
per serving: 125 calories, 10g fat, 0g carbs, 0g protein

Here’s where you want to go…
Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.
That’s why I believe that, as soon as the choice has been made, and it’s time to start menu planning, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You very well may wind up having to start all over.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.
Pretty basic stuff, right?
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
Foods that one diet permits, another diet is probably going to restrict. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s be honest here. Culinary videos are, in many cases, unbelievably difficult to resist. 😉
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
Seems like pretty responsible advice. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).
This is surely standard, conventional advice. As well it should be!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!

Have a look at the Keto recipes category page right here on the site. Explore the great videos I’ve already compiled for you.
Then, using your browser’s bookmarking feature, begin saving the videos that you like. Save them in a new bookmarks folder which can be called “Keto Cooking,” unless unless you have another name in mind.
