So here’s the story…

Clearly, there are many diet plans in the world. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.

I believe that once you’ve decided on a particular diet, and it’s time to start menu planning, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. You may very well wind up needing to start all over.

This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.

I cannot overstate how important this is.

Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…

You’ll typically develop a pretty powerful appetite for those foods that your specific diet won’t allow you to consume, which another diet program 100 percent allows, and perhaps even encourages. It’s always super tempting to dabble. And let’s make no mistake about it… Food-based videos are often extremely will-shattering. 😉

But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.

Makes sense when you really think about it. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.

You’ll probably recognize this as common weight loss advice. And it’s for good reason that it is!

Not all diets are calorically restrictive though. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.

At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!

1/2 Cup Roasted Flax Seed (Coarsely Milled)
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Melted Butter (then cooled)
1/2 Cup Granular Stevia
1 Scoop Vanilla Nutralean

Lemon Custard:
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
4oz Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)
1 Cup Whipping Cream (35%)
4 Scoops Vanilla Nutralean
Yellow Food colouring (optional)
Liquid Stevia – 1/2 cup equivalent to sugar

Homemade Meringue:
1/2 Cup Egg Whites (4 eggs)
1/2 Cup Erythritol (Swerve brand)
1/4 Tsp Cream of Tartar (optional)


Combine ingredients and mix with spoon. Mixture should be crumbly.
Place in dishes, pat down gently. Not too firm!

Lemon Custard:
Combine ingredients in mixer, start mixing on low. Gradually increase speed and run on high until custard thickens.
Place in dishes on top of the crust.
Homemade Meringue:
Combine ingredients in mixer. Mix on low, gradually increasing speed until peaks begin to form.
Optional step:
To add that perfect finishing touch use a small hand torch to gently brown the meringue.
