Let’s talk…

Diet plans clearly abound. It can be overwhelming to decide.

So once you’ve committed to a diet, and it’s time to start menu planning, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You could very well wind up back at the very beginning.

You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.

It’s basic, but hugely important.

Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. Why did I do this? Only one reason…

On sugar-restriction, you crave sugar. On low-calorie, you crave calorie-rich foods. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And one thing is clear… Food videos are often ridiculously tempting. 😉

But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.

Makes sense to me. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).

This is surely standard, conventional advice. And it’s for good reason that it is!

Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.

Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
