Low Carb Breakfast Egg Wraps. Use cooked eggs as the wrap of your breakfast sandwich, because it holds together perfectly (I mean, we use eggs as a “binding agent” in baking recipes all the time!). You cut the carbs and you still get all the breakfast goodies you know and love. If you’re a keto-dieter, this one is perfect.

So here’s the story…
Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
For this reason, when the choice has been made, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. It may just have you returning to the starting line.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
It’s basic, but hugely important.
I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
Food and beverages that one program doesn’t let you consume, another diet program totally permits, and perhaps even encourages. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s call a spade a spade… Meal prep videos can oftentimes be 100 percent will-weakening. 😉
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.
Seems pretty logical, really. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
This is surely conventional wisdom. And this is for good reason!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!

Until next time,
- 10 eggs
- 10 pre-cooked breakfast sausages
- 5 slices pre-cooked bacon
- 1-2 cups shredded cheese
- Non-Stick cooking spray
- Spray your pan with non stick cooking spray and pre-heat to a medium high. Two at a time, whisk your eggs and pour into a small round frying pan (this is key so it keeps a smaller wrap sized shape). Let the eggs cook without flipping (covering with a small pan or pot lid will help here).
- Once the eggs are cooked, top with shredded cheese while still hot (again to make this faster – use a pot lid to melt the cheese).
- In the center, place one strip of bacon, and two breakfast sausages. Let cool enough to handle.
- Lifting at one side, begin to roll the egg wrap. The cheese will help “seal” the edges.
- Enjoy immediately, or let cool completely and store in the freezer for easy microwave-friendly breakfasts.
