There are obviously many diet plans in the world. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
For this reason, the moment you’ve committed to a diet, and it’s time to start menu planning, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. You just might wind up in a position where you need to start all over from scratch.
This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
It’s basic, but hugely important.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
You will usually crave those foods and drinks that your particular eating plan doesn’t allow, which some entirely different program fully allows. The grass always seems greener on the other side. And let’s not lie to ourselves. Food-based videos can oftentimes be pretty damned hard to resist. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
It’s conventional wisdom. As well it should be!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.
Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!

This recipe is very easy to follow. Essentially all it is, is a protein baked with your favourite vegetables.
1. Prep your vegetables
2. Brown your meat/protein
3. Spice the dish and mix it together
4. Top with cheese (optional)
5. Spread 100 ml of water into the dish
5. Bake at 375F for 25-30 minutes
6. Eat it. Either on it’s own, or on salad. It’s tasty as long as you spice it with your favourite spices as well.
This is a very easy dish and you will find you can experiment with it as well.
