These days, there is simply an overabundance of diet plans. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
So when you’ve decided on a particular diet, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. You may very well wind up in a position where you need to start all over from scratch.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Pretty basic stuff, right? But it’s super important.
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
What one plan permits, a totally different program is likely going to limit. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s not lie to ourselves. Meal prep videos can oftentimes be pretty hard to resist. 😉
Sticking to the plan long-term is perhaps the most important component of dieting. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
This, of course, is the world’s most popular weight loss advice. There’s probably good reason for this!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.
At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!

LOW CARB CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES RECIPE:
3/4 Cup (84g) Super-Fine Blanched Almond Flour
2 Tbsps (28g) Erythritol
2 Tbsps (28g) Melted Coconut Oil
1 Large Egg Beaten
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
1/3 Cup Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
Pre-heat oven to 325 Degrees
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix until a cookie dough forms
Once combined, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and add the cookies using a cookie scoop (around 12 cookies) to the baking sheet
Bake for around 10-12 minutes.
The cookies should be golden brown on top (and soft to the touch, NOT FIRM)
Once the cookies are done baking let them cool down completely in the cookie tray itself (they’ll firm up as they cool)
Once cooled, store in an air-tight container for several days.
