There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!

Therefore, when a particular diet has been chosen, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. You might find yourself back at the beginning of your journey.

It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.

The importance of this cannot be overstated.

Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…

On low-calorie, you crave calories. On sugar-restriction, you crave sugar. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s not kid ourselves. Cooking videos are usually pretty irresistible. πŸ˜‰

But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.

Makes sense to me. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! πŸ˜‰

This, of course, is the most popular weight loss model in existence. And this is for good reason!

But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.

At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!
