Here’s where you want to go…
So let’s chat a bit…
Clearly, there are many diet plans in the world. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
It’s for this reason that, the moment the choice has been made, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You’re likely to wind up starting all over, from scratch.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.
Does this make sense?
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. Why did I do this? Only one reason…
Items that one plan doesn’t let you consume, a whole other diet program encourages. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? And let’s not lie to ourselves. Cooking videos can be 100 percent hard to resist. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
Makes sense. Eat clean, don’t stuff your face all the time, and the fat should come right off. Raising your activity levels will also prove beneficial (obviously).
You’ll probably recognize this as standard, conventional wisdom. And it’s for good reason that it is!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.
Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!

Only the best,
2 tablespoon coconut milk or milk of your choice
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup Sugar free Crystal Sweetner – Monk Fruit -erythritol or monk fruit
1 cup + 2 tablespoon almond meal or almond flour
Chocolate peanut butter glaze
1/4 cup sugar free dark chocolate – stevia sweetened or 85% cocoa
2 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil
Preheat oven to fan bake 180C (360F).
Oil a non stick 6-cavity donuts pan with vegetable oil of your choice or coconut oil. Set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, coconut milk, vanilla, baking soda and apple cider vinegar. You don’t need to whisk long just 30 seconds to combine everything together and bet eggs.
Stir in almond meal and sugar free crystal sweetener. Combine until it forms a donuts dough – about 1 minute.
Fill each donuts hole up to 3/4 to leave some space for the donuts to raise.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center of donuts comes out clean and the top is set and golden/brown.
Cool down to room temperature on a rack, before adding the chocolate peanut butter glazing.
In a small bowl, add sugar free chocolate, peanut butter and coconut oil. Microwave by 30 seconds burst, stir and repeat until the mixture is fully melted. It shouldn’t take more than 1 minute.
Dip each donuts up side down into the glazing – make sure you dip the side that was in contact with the donuts pan.
Place each donuts on a plate or cooling rack – side with no glazing sitting on the rack – to cool down. TIP: bring the plate 3 minutes into the freezer to set the top. It will also firm up the donuts dough and they will taste denser like real Krispy cream donuts !
You can store them in the pantry, they stay softer or for a dense donuts as from the shop, store in the fridge in an airtight container up to 4 days.
