Alright, so let’s proceed…

There are obviously many diet plans in the world. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.

That’s why I believe that, the moment a particular diet has been chosen, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. It will bring you back to the very beginning.

This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.

Know what I mean?

In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…

That which one plan prevents you from consuming, another, seemingly equally legit program 100 percent permits. It’s always super tempting to dabble. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s not lie to ourselves. Recipe videos can oftentimes be 100 percent tough to resist. 😉

Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.

Seems pretty logical, really. The fat should come right off if you control what and how much you eat and drink. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!

This, of course, is standard, conventional advice. And it’s for good reason that it is!

Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. And you may not want to play around with those.

Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!

Then, using your browser’s bookmarking feature, begin saving the videos that you like. Create an entirely new bookmarks folder that you can call “Keto Cooking Vids,” or something else that you’ll remember.

Dry Ingredients:
1 1/4 Cup Almond Flour
2 Tbsp Coconut Flour
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Xanthan Gum
1/4 Tsp Salt

Wet Ingredients:
4 oz Cream Cheese
3 Large Eggs (Room Temperature)
1/4 Cup Sweetener of Choice
4 Tbsp Butter (Browned)
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract

Add in Options: Rasberries, Blueberries (My Favorite), Chocolate, Nuts


*Combined dry ingredients together in a bowl and set aside
*Cream cream cheese and sweetener together with electric blender
*Add eggs and continue mixing with electric blender
*Add Extract, salt and browned butter and switch over to hand mixing.
*Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients (I mix half of the dry ingredients at a time.
*Fold in you add ins
*Place in muffin tins or a loaf
*Bake in 350 Degree oven for
*15-20 Minutes for muffins
*30-45 Minutes for loaf
*Test if done by using a toothpick or fork
*Let cool completely before eating (The texture is better when completely cooled)
