There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!

For this reason, once you’ve committed to a diet, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. You’re likely to wind up in the frustrating position of having to start all over again.

For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.

I cannot overstate how important this is.

Boost Ketosis

In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. Why did I do this? Only one reason…

You’re gonna typically tend to have cravings for whichever items your particular program won’t let you consume, which a completely different diet fully permits. The grass always seems greener on the other side. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And one thing is clear… Food-based videos are, in many cases, pretty darn will-shattering. πŸ˜‰

Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.

If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! πŸ˜‰

You’ll probably recognize this as the most popular weight loss model in existence. And it’s for good reason that it is!

Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Many diets have more of a macro-nutrient ratio focus. These are often pretty meticulously calculated, and straying from the prescribed ratio may jeopardize your results.

Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!

Ingredients:
1 Scoop MTS Machine Whey Creamy Red Velvet
1 Scoop Casein Powder of your choosing (Or substitute in 2 scoops MTS Machine Whey)
1 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
3 Tbs Stevia
1/2 cup Almond Milk

Instructions:
