These days, there is simply an overabundance of diet plans. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!
As such, once you’ve decided on a particular diet, and it’s time to start menu planning, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. It may just bring you back to the beginning.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.
The importance of this cannot be overstated.
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
Food and beverages that one plan allows, another, seemingly equally legitimate eating plan is likely going to limit or completely forbid. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And one thing that’s clear… Recipe videos can oftentimes be 100% tempting. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
Makes sense. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
This is surely standard, conventional advice. As well it should be!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.

Crust (First Layer)
1 cup sunflower seeds raw, unsalted
1 cup coconut shredded unsweetened
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter softened
Filling (Second Layer)
1/4 tsp Berry liquid stevia or Vanilla or clear
1 tsp gelatin
4 oz strawberries
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp water
8 oz strawberries sliced
Topping (Last Layer)
1/2 tsp Vanilla liquid stevia
2 cups heavy cream
