There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
So as soon as you’ve made your choice, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. You very well may wind up back at the very beginning.
This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…
Food and drinks that one diet program permits, and perhaps even encourages, a whole other diet program is going to forbid. It’s always super tempting to dabble. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And one thing is clear… Food videos are usually 100 percent irresistible. 😉
Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
Makes sense. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
No doubt that this is the world’s most popular weight loss advice. And it’s for good reason that it is!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.
Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!

1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp Natural Xylitol Sweetener
1 tbsp vanilla
1 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sour cream
Vanilla Buttercream Frosting:
1 cup unsalted butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sweetener (Swerve)
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, mix the unsalted butter and Xylitol until smooth.
Add the eggs, sour cream, vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
Stir in the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the batter evenly into your muffin tin and bake for 27 minutes or until fully cooked through.
To make the buttercream, mix the butter, powdered sweetener, and vanilla extract for 3-4 minutes.
Add the milk and mix for an additional minute or two on high speed.
Using a star tip and piping bag, frost the cooled cupcakes and enjoy!
