Diet plans clearly abound. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
It’s for this reason that, the moment you’ve made your choice, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You’re likely to find yourself back at the beginning of your journey.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
Pretty basic stuff, right?
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…
On low-sugar, you crave sweets. On calorie-restriction, you crave high calorie foods. The grass always seems greener on the other side. They say it’s healthy, after all. So it should be okay, right? And let’s be honest here. Food videos can be pretty knee-weakening. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
Makes sense. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
No doubt that this is standard, conventional wisdom. And this is for good reason!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.
Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!

1/3 cup powered erythritol
1/4 tsp salt
Knox Gelatin Pack
1/4 cup almond breeze
2 cups almond breeze
3 egg yolks
2 tsp vanilla extract
In a pan,combine 1/4 cup almond breeze with gelatin to dissolve. Add sweetener, salt, almond breeze, egg. Stir and let mixture start to boil.
Remove from heat and add vanilla, stir.
Place pan in fridge until the pudding sets ( approx 2 hours or more)
Remove from fridge and using electric mixer, beat the pudding until it has a pudding texture.
Pour into individual bowls and serve.
Yield: 1.1 net carb
