Diet plans clearly abound. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.
As such, when the choice has been made, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. It may just bring you back to the drawing board.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Pretty basic stuff, right? But it’s super important.
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
Items that one diet plan permits, and perhaps even encourages, some totally different plan is likely gonna banish. The grass always seems greener on the other side. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s call a spade a spade… Food videos are oftentimes ridiculously tough to resist. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
Makes sense when you really think about it. Eat clean, don’t stuff your face all the time, and the fat should come right off. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
No doubt that this is the most popular weight loss model in existence. There’s probably good reason for this!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
