There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
As such, as soon as you’ve decided on a particular diet, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. It can really hinder your success to stray from your chosen path. It may just return you to the drawing board.
Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.
It’s basic, but hugely important.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
On a low-carb diet, you tend to crave carbs. On low-fat, you crave fat. It’s always super tempting to dabble. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s tell the truth here. Cooking videos are oftentimes 100% will-shattering. 😉
If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.
Makes sense to me. Eat clean, don’t stuff your face all the time, and the fat should come right off. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
This is surely conventional weight loss advice. And it’s for good reason that it is!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
I Think You Should Do THIS…

You can try using a parmesan romano mix with swiss and cheddar or anything else as long as its 2 cups of cheese in total
– 2 teaspoons garlic
– 1 teaspoon rosemary
– 1 teaspoon cayenne
– 1 egg
– 1 cup of almond flour
– 3 oz cream cheese
– pinch of salt
Depending on how thin you rolled out the dough the cooking time is between 5-8 min at 450F on both sides.
