Moving on…

Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. You may be overwhelmed with your options. I know that I get overwhelmed with mine!

That’s why I believe that, as soon as the choice has been made, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. You may end up needing to start all over.

You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.

This is extremely important.

I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. The reason for this is actually quite simple…

You’re going to most often have cravings for whatever foods your chosen diet doesn’t allow, which a completely different program 100% permits, and perhaps even encourages. The grass always seems greener on the other side. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s be honest. Meal prep videos can be ridiculously tough to resist. 😉

If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.

Seems like pretty responsible advice. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.

This is clearly the world’s most popular weight loss advice. And it’s for good reason that it is!

Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.

At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!

Ingredients:
4 Chicken Breast
1 cup polenta
1/2 cup corn flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic powder

To make it spicy:
1 tsp cajun
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp chili powder

Healthy Ketchup, makes about 2 cups:
15 oz diced tomatoes (drained)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 date
1/2 tsp onion flakes
1/2 tsp garlic powder
