Though some studies it has been concluded that high-intensity workout for short time is more effective then low-intensity workout for a long time.

Well, there are several processing which done on every food before you eat, even vegetables and fruits also undergo some mineral processing before it reaches to your nearby grocery store so that it is safe to eat. But heavily processed foods such as microwave meals, potato chips, and frozen pizza are also harmful to our health in long term. According to experts over half of the population eats heavily processed food but the Mediterranean Diet focuses on knocking down those junk food cravings from the diet for good. This diet lists out few specific types of food to avoid in which all of them are heavily processed. Some of the foods which are been listed out from the Mediterranean Diet are those which contains refines grains such as breakfast cereals, added sugar and highly processed meat, which are increased the risk of causing cancer.

Researchers also suggest that there is no age limit for this diet so anyone can follow this diet to live a healthy life which is a good thing also is one of the reasons which makes this diet unique.
