- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 egg
- Sea salt to taste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp oregano powder
- 1pinch chili powder
- Mix the shredded cheese, cream cheese and almond flour in a microwaveable bowl.
- Put bowl in microwave for 1 minute and mix well. Add beaten egg in this flour and cheese mixture and spices and make smooth dough.
- Place the dough on kitchen counter and roll into a very thin large rectangle shape.
- Transfer it on baking try very carefully and bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until browned on the top.
- Once cooked, remove it from the oven and cut into triangle chip shapes with a pizza cutter.
- Bake nachos again for 3 – 5 minutes until crispy and brown.
- Serve with avocado sauce and enjoy.

Here’s where you want to go…
These days, there is simply an overabundance of diet plans. It can be overwhelming to decide.
For this reason, the moment you’ve committed to a diet, and and you’re watching these recipe videos to get meal ideas, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. You just might end up back at the starting line.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Pretty basic stuff, right? But it’s super important.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
On calorie-restriction, you crave high calorie foods. On a low-fat diet, you crave fat. Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And let’s not BS ourselves. Cooking videos are, in many cases, unbelievably knee-weakening. 😉
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
I can certainly see the merit in that, even though I’m no diet or fitness guru. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
It’s standard, conventional wisdom. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.
