In this video I will be making delicious bacon Dijon chicken, chicken Parmesan, cauliflower mash and “breaded” asparagus! Here’s the story…
There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.
Therefore, as soon as you’ve committed to a diet, and it’s time to start menu planning, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You could very well find yourself starting all over again.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Does this make sense?
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
You’ll generally crave whatever items your diet plan won’t permit, which some entirely different program permits. The grass always seems greener on the other side. And let’s not lie to ourselves. Food-based videos are, in many instances, undeniably will-weakening. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.
I can certainly see the merit in that, even though I’m no diet or fitness guru. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
Clearly, this is common weight loss advice. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
