There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.
I believe that once the choice has been made, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. It’ll probably return you to the beginning.
You’d be well served, for this very reason, to build up an online library of recipes within your chosen plan. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Makes perfect sense, right?
Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And there’s really only one reason why…
On a low-carb diet, you tend to crave carbs. On sugar-restriction, you crave sweets. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? Besides, those “video doctors” sure do make compelling arguments. And one thing that’s clear… Food-based videos are, in many instances, 100% seductive. 😉
Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.
Seems pretty logical, really. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Add some exercise into the mix and look out!
This is clearly common-sense weight loss. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.
Please stay the course. Your future self will thank you for it!
