ONION TOMATO & GRILL CHESSE. LOW CARB RECIPE.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 slice feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 green tomatoes, thinly slice
  • 1 onion, thinly slice
  • Pinch Salt
  • Pinch Pepper
  • 1 lime juice 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Butter both sides of the feta cheese slice with olive oil.
  2. Grill cheese slice for about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Slice onion and tomatoes and set in serving bowl.
  4. Sprinkle olive oil, lemon juice salt and pepper and give them good mix.
  5. once chasse is grilled, arrange cheese slice on top of tomatoes and onion.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
