POACH EGG ON AVOCADO TOAST

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 slice keto bread, toasted
  • 1/4 avocado, mashed
  • 1 tsp avocado oil
  • 1 large egg
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Heat water in pan with oil over medium heat.
  2. Once water is hot, add egg and cook until cooked through.
  3. Mash avocado in a small bowl with salt and pepper and mix well.
  1. Spread mashed avocado over toasted keto bread, top with egg.
  2. Drizzle some salt and pepper on top.
  3. Serve with bullet proof coffee and enjoy!
