Southwestern Chicken Wraps | Quick & Easy Meal Prep | To Lose Weight | Healthy Recipes | Breakfast | Lunch | Dinner | Snacks
Meal Prepping is a great way to help you lose weight, save money and time. Wraps are one of my go to foods especially when I don’t have much time in in the kitchen. You can cook your protein (or make it vegetarian) ahead of time and have it ready on standby to make a great wrap any time by just adding some fresh ingredients to a Tortilla.
In this video I show you how to make a healthy Southwestern Chicken Wrap. This was really easy and it has a lot of great flavor combinations. You won’t have to sacrifice your budget or your waist line to enjoy this meal on go. I hope you enjoy my meal prepping and meal prep recipes. Don’t forget to Subscribe and Share. 🙂

There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. It can be overwhelming to decide.
It’s for this reason that, once the choice has been made, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. You just might end up having to start all over from scratch.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.
It’s basic, but hugely important.
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
Menu items that one diet plan permits, and perhaps even encourages, some other diet will likely banish. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And let’s be honest. Culinary videos can be 100 percent tough to resist. 😉
Sticking to the plan long-term is perhaps the most important component of dieting. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.
I’m no diet or fitness guru, but I see merit in that. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉
This is standard, conventional advice. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. And you may not want to play around with those.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.
