SPICY MINCED CHICKEN – KETO RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ pounds ground chicken
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • ½ cup heavy whipped cream
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup chopped scallion
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon ginger paste

 INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat coconut oil in nonstick sauce pan on medium high heat.
  2. Cook the ground chicken with salt and pepper in the oil until it is cooked through.
  3. Add chopped scallion in chicken and let it cook for 4-5 minutes. Add salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic ginger paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add chicken stock, cream, apple cider vinegar and mix well.
  5. Let this cook with lid for about 10-15 minutes on slow heat.
  6. When broth and cream is dried, serve in plate with lettuce leaf and enjoy.

So here’s the story…

There are simply far too many potential diet plans out there. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.

I believe that when you’ve decided on a particular diet, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, you only want to seek out food and drink recipes that fit within that particular diet plan. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You’re quite likely to wind up starting from scratch again.

It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.

Pretty basic stuff, right? But it’s super important.

I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. And there’s really only one reason why…

Food and drinks that one diet plan won’t permit, a totally different diet completely allows. And let’s call a spade a spade… Food-based videos are, in many cases, unbelievably irresistible. 😉

Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.

Seems like pretty responsible advice. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.

This is conventional wisdom. There’s probably good reason for this!

Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.

Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!
