There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.

That’s why I believe that, the moment the choice has been made, and you’re looking to prepare your own tasty meals, it’s important that you stay committed to your plan. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You may wind up back at the very beginning.

It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.

The importance of this cannot be overstated.

I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself, which is why I bring this up. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…

You’re gonna typically tend to develop a pretty powerful appetite for whatever foods your specific diet program forbids you to consume, which some entirely different diet system 100 percent permits. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? And let’s be honest here. Food-based videos can oftentimes be pretty darn seductive. 😉

Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.

At the end of the day, it makes sense. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉

No doubt that this is conventional weight loss advice. As well it should be!

Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. Many diets put more of an emphasis on macro-nutrient ratios. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.

Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!

6 Ounces (168g) Full-fat cream cheese
4 Tbsps (48g) Melted Butter
3/4 Cup (105g) Strawberries
2 Tbsps (24g) Confectioners erythritol
2 Tbsps Lemon juice


Add all the ingredients to a food processor
Process for 1-2 minutes
Scrape the sides of the food processor, and process again for 1-2 minutes
Use a cookie scoop to scoop the batter out of the food processor, and add to a mini-muffin tray lined with paper liners
Freeze for atleast an hour
Let thaw for a couple of minutes before enjoying

FAT BOMB MACROS (per bomb):
50 Calories
.75g Protien
1.25g Carbs
(.25g Fiber)
5g Fat

*NOTE: The macros do not include the “carbs” from the erythritol. Erythritol doesn’t have calories, thus I did not include the “carbs” in the macro nutrient information.
