daily basis is to consume lots of fresh we’ll whole foods that are packed with vitamins and minerals and nutrients and antioxidants like all of the ingredients in our recipes today so let’s get started with today’s video I’m going to share with you how to make three quick and healthy detox smoothies our first recipe is a lemon ginger and blueberry smoothie featuring organic sweet vanilla bean plant-based protein powder to make this recipe you will need water banana ice frozen blueberries or gaines vanilla bean protein powder ginger and fresh squeezed lemon juice add all of your ingredients into a high speed blender blend for 20 to 30 seconds and then enjoy [Music] now let’s chat about some of the nutrition highlights of the ingredients in this recipe ginger may help to improve digestion blood circulation improve brain function and ginger is also great for reducing menstrual pain or cramps lemons are known for their cleansing and detoxing properties and blueberries are loaded with antioxidants and fiber organs plant-based protein powder adds 21 grams of protein next we’re making a creamy orange tumeric smoothie you will need water a navel orange peeled and segmented a banana peeled of course ice or gaines vanilla bean protein powder tumeric freshly ground pepper and coconut oil add all of your ingredients into a high speed blender blend for 20 to 30 seconds and then enjoy so now let’s chat about some of the nutritional highlights for this smoothie recipe tumeric contains a compound known as curcumin which has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant hey you guys it’s Christina and welcome back to my kitchen today we are going to be making a fully raw juice that is healing for your body and that helps to cleanse your kidneys and your liver and helps to detoxify your system this is an amazing juice to drink in the morning because it literally resets everything this juice helps to jumpstart your system in the morning it helps to give you more energy it gets your digestion going it helps to clear your skin this is all around an amazing juice and for those of you who maybe perhaps drink too much or really feel like you need to detox or really need a reset this is the perfect juice for you now I know a lot of people have issues with beets they think they don’t taste good or they have a hard time maybe perhaps with their palate and beets but this juice is good it’s sweet enough to help and cleanse that palate I promise you’re gonna love it if you’re worried about not liking beets don’t even think about it because you’re gonna love this juice keep in mind that this juice is strong but it is also very powerful and it is good for you make an effort to drink it at least once a week all that being said I feel like our body’s craving this juice so let’s get started for this recipe I’m going to be using my cure ROM juicer and when ready go ahead and add into this recipe approximately one full head of kale half to one head of parsley you can use Italian leaf or curly leaf a cup of lemon juice or the juice of four to five lemons one large bulb of beet now this may be a little for some people this may be a lot for others I’m using one here but if it were just me personally I would probably use two feet is pretty strong so use however much you feel you are comfortable with approximately five to six DOX of celery you can use more or less as desired and approximately three to four apples I’m using Fuji apples you can add some ginger if you want to give this a kick I’m gonna go ahead and leave this juice as is once you’ve run all these ingredients through your juicer grab a strainer and strain this juice into a bowl get it real smooth after that feel free to pour this into your glass of choice how delicious and fulfilling and nutritious does this look ladies and gentlemen I present a fully raw juice that will help to cleanse your liver and your kidneys I know you’re gonna love this one mmm this is so good and it’s just like that right amount of powerful and sweet and creamy and delicious mmm mmm this is just mmm so good for those of you who love juice and who feel like juice gives you life give this video a thumbs up and for those of you who want to join the family hit the subscribe button below show your support to sit up I appreciate all of you so much if you guys want to follow me daily you can find me on Facebook Pinterest Instagram Twitter the whole shebang all at fully raw and fully rock Kristina all right you guys I’m gonna go and enjoy the rest of this juice and I hope that you get to go and do the same sending you all my hugs in my love I got this feeling [Music]

Liver and Gallbladder Flush | Detox Update | Danette May

hi danette may here for some of you you already know this for others you do not know yet that I did a gallbladder liver flush I am loving learning about all sorts of detoxes for those of you who have never done my 3 day detox you need to try it but I’ve researched tons of detoxes around the world and I have never ever done a full gallbladder liver flush now this liver flush is taken from many many traditions passed down ancient form of cleaning out your liver and they say it’s actually surgery on your liver without the side effects and I actually felt it I’m going to show you with you my full journey it’s actually not that complicated but I what I want to say before I get into this is always consult your doctor be very safe about it I’m not saying you have to do this because trust me it was a process and I’m going to explain everything but if you’re going to do it do it right be committed to it because you don’t want to harm your body and maybe even consult a doctor if you’ve had problems with your digestive problems liver or your colon irritable bowel syndrome be very careful okay so the reason I did this is because the liver can actually it has about 500 functions it’s what metabolize is fat if you’re dealing with acne low energy you feel like you might have adrenal fatigue it’s a really good idea to do a liver flush a gallbladder flush also I’m a big believer in the emotions that tie to different parts of our organs and the liver in the gallbladder is tied to resentment pass anger actually livers like the anger zone and if you have any resentment or anger that has come up in your past which we all have it’s a really good way for you to release that anger release those things that no longer serve you so that you can stand an optimal health what happens during this process is you’re going to eliminate gall stones yes it’s not pretty and I’m actually going to post a link below this video where is exactly what I did and the program I followed so that you can actually read that document that I read to do this but all I did was for about six days I prepped my body so I ate really clean if you’re doing my program you’re eating clean so I did my 30-day new you chow and meal plan so that’s all I did I tried to not eat too much and I also didn’t eat a lot of heavy proteins or fats but my 30-day new challenge was perfect the other thing I did was added four ounces every single day of apple cider vinegar now in the document it says you can do apple juice I do not want that kind of sugar in my system a whole liter of apple juice every day for six days so four ounces of apple cider vinegar is the same as a leader of apple juice because of the malic acid in it so I did that I filled up a big glass of water I did a half of a lemon in it and I sipped on it throughout the day for six days leading up to this on the day of the cleanse what I did for breakfast is a something very like no proteins no eggs no fat so no peanut butter things like that make sure you read the document below so you know exactly but I just ate like fruit some veggies I did that for breakfast I also did that for lunch I stopped eating at 1:30 and then at 1:30 I took this container and I put three cups of filtered water in it and four tablespoons of Epsom salt now Epsom salt used normally for soaking your tired muscles but if you get an Epsom salt that doesn’t have anything added to it it’s totally safe and fine I did four tables in it spoons in it and I mixed it all up [Music] then I distributed into four different cops so it made about 3/4 cup each of each cop and I drink my first cup now that let’s see hard as part of this whole thing was drinking that nasty salt water so I drank 3/4 cup and then two hours later so I did that at 6 p.m. 8 p.m. I drink my 2nd 3/4 cups of this Epsom salt water then before bed here’s the deal this was the big kicker right before bed which is around 9:30 10 o’clock I took a half a cup of cold pressed extra-virgin olive oil very very pure olive oil with half a cup of fresh squeezed grapefruit you put it in another container shake it up so it all gets all emulsified in there [Music] stand at the edge of your bed I drank it and then you lay down instantly with your head kind of propped up for 20 minutes we obviously did a little prayer little healing for our liver my husband did this with me and it was really weird I felt this like flush of warmth in my body but then I went to sleep but I woke up in the middle of the night and I was so sick so this is the part that scares me to share with you guys I was so sick I felt like I had the flu it was an if this is too much TMI for you just watch my other youtube videos but I was in the middle and I felt like I was going to throw up but then I felt like I was going to use the bathroom and I did and I saw like little pea sized golf stones in the toilet and it was amazing to me because it was like this full-on flu that I felt and then as soon as I went to the bathroom and released I was like was like I was fine it was really really strange like to feel such intense sickness where I was laying on the ground like in the fetal position to feeling fine so I went back to bed I woke up Sunday morning we definitely both felt so weak on Sunday when you wake up first thing in the morning you have to drink your third cup of the Epsom salt water not eating anything try to meditate I just felt weak I didn’t feel sick but that whole day I was eliminating gall stones their little pea-sized and about 15 of them insane and the whole day I was like oh no I’ve made myself sick I don’t feel very good at two hours after that before about 10 o’clock I had my last drink of epsom salts which is basically cleans out the : Epsom salt water will just flush out that colon because so many of us are carrying toxins in the colon but I was doing the flush with olive oil through the liver in the gallbladder to push everything out so the whole day eliminating eliminating not feeling well – waking up the next day filming this and feeling absolutely amazing I feel really good I feel like a tons of energy it’s a really mind-blowing how in two days detox water recipes for weight loss

everyone welcome back to my channel so today we have my first installment of fit Fridays so today we’re gonna talk about my favorite detox water recipes that I’ve been using a ton lately so this is the first one and I like to drink this before I have breakfast just to start my metabolism so I start with 33 ounces of water a single lemon and half of an orange and you guys can really modify this to be any way you like but I just really like this so I’m just slicing up my fruit just how you normally would obviously be really careful with your knife I was kind of being pretty careless here but be sure to be careful with that I’m just wedging the lemon try not to cut it too much because the more you cut it the less nutrients you get and then I’m just taking all of my cut-up fruit and just sticking it in the water you don’t have to use a glass door and you don’t have to use this much water again really modify this to make it however you want you can make a huge picture of it and just double up on all the fruit or you can make way less however much you’re gonna want and I try to consume this within an hour just because of the amount of sugar in the water recipe number two so I like to start with frozen blueberries and take a quarter cup and stick those in the water you can use fresh ones I just like frozen because they act like ice cubes to keep my water cold and then I am just taking a half of a lemon and sticking that in here all right and then I’m just adding a few drops of lime and then that is that finished recipe and I really like it because it gives a nice fresh taste but you don’t have to add that and then the final recipe is probably my favorite one I like to take about eight or ten slices of cucumber and stick them in my water you can put more or less depending on how much you like or dislike cucumbers and then I’m taking about eight or nine strawberries chopping these up and putting them in the water and again just be conscious of how much you’re chopping them up try not to like chop them up completely because again the more that you chop them the less nutrients the less good stuff you’re gonna get your water and then I’m just takin all that stuff that I just chopped and throwing it in there and then I also ripped up a few mint leaves about three or four minutes and just stuck them in there because I really like the taste of mint but yeah that’s pretty much that recipe so those are my favorite detox water recipes I hope you guys enjoyed this if you have any more fit Friday’s you’d like to see just let me know down below and I’ll be happy to do them thank you so much for watching and I’ll see you back here later

would really love love love so today I’m going to show you how to make my natural belly slimming detox water this is the water recipe that I use before big shoots before a big day event or something and I really want to just slim down and also of course I love drinking flavored water because it tastes much better than regular water though I do a lot of regular nothing on its regular water but flavored water with extra vitamins and minerals just tastes so amazing and it’s so good for you so we’re going to need for the natural belly slimming detox water our cement leaves and orange a lemon and a cucumber and of course water so let’s go ahead and start out with that lemon you want to cut it into a spoon of a slice as possible lemon is obviously a detox water superstar it has a cleansing effect because of the citric acid in with your digestive system so funny I love cutting these things this way because they look like bicycle wheels which was so pretty and then you want to go onto your orange right here just adds so much flavor see I’ve got a lot better at my knife cutting skills since the last time you saw me look I even have a skinnier knife I use have the big honking one that use for everything see it was progress oranges are so wonderful because they’re full vitamin C they taste great and they help strengthens your immune system meaning it fights off those pests and the fungi to really keep you healthy and strong alrighty and then your cucumber now the cucumber adds such a great spa-like taste to the water and in a very weird way I feel like it makes it kind of milky but a good milky like it just took so much longer than Jeff do you know what I mean I don’t I don’t know if I explain that the best way but that’s why I love getting cucumber in everything now cucumber is a perfect component for your detox water because not only does it taste great it also is anti bloating and has a lotta ant to help you get away from water retention and that is what causes the water bloating also be sure to stay away from sodium Laden foods the week before please not to make you bite hold on to everything stuck on to everything and then you’re not going to want to expel so drink more water to get all those toxins out and then finally your mid leaves and we will pick that off right before we put it into our infusion bottle so now we’re going to fill up our fruit infuser section with these vegetables and the fruits now it’s great to put it in here so that when you’re drinking it doesn’t get stuck in your mouth or the seeds don’t come in your mouth because it’s actually like a filter and also try not to keep your vegetables and fruits in here for longer than 24 hours especially the mint if you mate will actually turn brown or black and it just doesn’t taste good anymore plus the time you refilled it two or three times the vegetables and foods are done so you want to make sure you have fresh one so that you get your vitamins and minerals all right let’s go ahead and add those mint leaves in mint is like the cherry on top for detox water because it gives it that fresh and zingy taste I just love it so much in everything all in food actually and it helps soothe your stomach cramps if you have any and also aids in your digestive system the mint smell always reminds me of Vietnamese beef noodle soup or Foe which one of my most favorite things to eat because growing up my dad Wells make it for me on the weekend and there you go guys see we filled it all the way up and now I just need to put the twisty cap on just like so and look at that see those stars in there it helps filter out all of the gunk that’s not going to get your mouth you just want to put some of your water in that bottle and make sure it is ice-cold or you can refrigerate this here we go all the way to the top and we’re right on top snug fit right there put the cap right on and there we go guys that is your detox water for on the go natural belly slimming it tastes so wonderful now this I probably put in the fridge for at least an hour or two before I drink it to really make sure the vitamins and minerals infuse into the water and Plus that actually tastes better if you don’t have time to wait for it then do it the night before you can also do like a full picture of it and actually put everything inside but again try not to reuse and refill the fruits over two hi guys welcome back to my channel hope you all had a good New Year’s and a good Christmas now see this is January we’re all going through this detox phase you know to shed up all those sort of jog and things have been eaten throughout the Christmas period not necessarily junk but you know you’ve been eaten quite a lot I have and just to kick start the year on a healthy note and I will share with you guys some of my favorite detox recipes that I’ve given you guys a bit variety and you know things that I like and hopefully you guys like – I’m sure if you might be familiar with some of the recipes some of you might not but then these are just great recipes that you can incorporate into your diet you know it’s a great way to start the year I’ll be using a lot of fresh produce and some good ingredients so it’s not just about flushed out and purities as detox is known for but it’s also using ingredients that actually benefit the body and that’s very important we want to benefit our body and take care of it and it’s all part of a healthy balanced diet so yes guys without further without further ado without me rambling on let’s get started okay so I have you took my detox water I have my cucumber mint and lemon and I also have my strawberry blueberry and orange cleansing water now I’m going to show you how to make the first one now I have here four strawberries I also have a handful of blueberries and one orange that I’ve sliced up now I’m going to slice my strawberries as well and I’m going to just hit stalk off there don’t get to do that and I’m just going to add all of this to my water mix I’ve also sliced up my blueberries here and we’re just going to add all of them to a glass these will make about a glass of water and I’m going to add about 12 ounces of water and I’m just going to shake that for you guys and get better look and now I’m going to add about a teaspoon of stevia this is just a great sweet dough for the water and there you have it guys now over to one mint and citrus water I have here a handful of mint I also have one cubed I’ve sliced up by lemon and like half the cucumber now just like the one before we could add all our ingredients to our bottle to your glass now cucumbers are very very beneficial and so what lemons and they’re very grateful you know getting rid of that bloated feeling I’m just adding about 12 ounces of water here and there we have it all also add a bit of mint just for freshness and a teaspoon of stevia I would recommend leaving this for about 24 hours so it can fuse so you can get a lot of benefits from these ingredients and there you have it guys my to detox water like I said it’s best to leave this overnight so you can get the benefits and what I do is with the fruits I just add them to the smoothie so they don’t go to waste now guys we’re going to move over to artis the first tea I have is my ginger and lemon tea since the great detox what you need is one lemon about an inch of or centimeter of ginger and some cayenne pepper and now I’m just squeezing my lemon just going to get right in there if you’re skilled juices and I’m just going to slice and chop my ginger and I’m going to add it to my motor and pestle absolutely love this because I get to grandeur by greedy –nt so we’re just going to grind our ginger and add a bit of lemon just so it can make it a bit more liquidy there we have it and then I’m going to add my cayenne and turmeric we have it guys I have about a teaspoon of the ginger and lemon mix and I’m just going to use a strainer and the spoon just to squeeze out all the ginger because you don’t want to get stuck in your throat and I’m going to add some hot water to that and it could just finish off with your lemon and they have it guides or lemon identity is absolutely great and you can have it any time of the day we’re going to move over to our cinnamon green tea what you need is one organic green tea I prefer organic to normal store-bought green tea because it has a lot of caffeine in there and it doesn’t give you that much benefit but yeah one organic green tea bag submit’ leaves and two cinnamon sticks and now I’m just adding that to a pot of boiling water I think this is a great way to really infuse the water with some cinnamon and they have a you can see strange color you’re just going to add that to your model here I have a jar which I’m going to now pour into my mug with my bag inside so there we go my bag then we’re just going to finish off with the mint leaves for a nice kick and some honey don’t forget to add your honey it’s absolutely delicious and if you don’t have time just add all of them to your mug and just pour over some hot water and leave it to set for about two to three minutes you can really get those nutrients or those flavors in they have it guys now over to our detox nudies i have here with me my green detox smoothie I absolutely love this movie I have breakfast quite a lot and all just have some kale some spinach some grapes and some apples and over there some cheese soup and finally my green tea now that’s absolute go to detox recipe now you’re just going to add all your ingredients into a blender I have their my kale spinach grapes and now my Apple and I’m just going to squeeze some lime guys you need some line for that kick and finish off with my cheeses I think these are great because they swell up to twice three times their size and it really does fill you up so this is great for breakfast and you’re just going to blend all of that together for a bad minute so you can add more water to it as well and they have it guys you’re my green smoothie green detox smoothie now over to my carrot cleanse maybe I call it carrot cleanse because it really does do a good job and here I have my spinach my kale my cats now kale and carrots are in season and it’s very important when you’re doing detox movies that you use try and use produce that are in season so we can get the full benefits I also have this some squeeze lemon and a bit of lime now we’ll also be using some oranges and some grapefruit just for that citrus kick and these two have a lot of benefit and they do help with the cleansing process now you’re just going to chop all of them and add them into your blender your smoothie maker so now I’m just going to add my lemon juice freshly squeezed lemon and I’ve used about half of that and I’m just going to pour that over followed by 8 ounces of water which is basically like a glass of water and there we have it I’m going to add about teaspoon of cayenne pepper and finish off with some honey for that sweetness and I’m going to blend it all together now and there you have it guys my carrot cans smoothie absolutely love this and in my not look back title but it definitely tastes good most importantly it gives you those vitamins that you need last but not least we have my cranberry juice absolutely love cranberry juice and not many people know this but cranberry juice is actually a very good detox and juice and it gets rid of all this impurity and all of those things so guys do give this a try and if it’s too sweet add your water oh you guys thank
