hey guys so I’ve told you guys before that I love to drink water it’s the first thing I do every single morning and I drink lots and lots of water all day long but I know sometimes it can get boring and we begin to crave a little more flavor so instead of going and grabbing a sugary drink I like to infuse my water with a little flavor of my own so you get your intake of water while getting additional health benefits 2 and 1 the best part is you can use any combination of ingredients for your detox water to target things like belly slimming fat-burning cleansing anti aging anti bloating whatever you want it’s really a great way to boost the taste of water while flushing out all those toxins so today I’m going to share my top 4 detox water recipes so let’s head over to the kitchen so let’s start off with this amazing detox drink Apple Cinnamon water just as the name implies we’ll need one apple and a cinnamon stick apples contain lots and lots of fibers specifically pectin fiber which promotes good digestion and a sense of a fuller stomach cinnamon helps increase the metabolism because it has thermogenic properties so just add your chopped up apple and cinnamon stick and fill it up with water this is not only hydrating but it’s also perfect for weight loss because it promotes fat burning alright guys let’s move on to a super refreshing drink but this will need cucumber lime strawberries and mint cucumbers contain lots of antioxidants and have multiple B vitamins which are known to help ease feelings of anxiety and stress they prevent water retention and have anti-inflammatory properties limes have a large amount of vitamin C and play the noids great for the skin digestion and weight-loss strawberries also contain lots of vitamin C vital to the production of collagen which is what we need for healthier looking skin and mint helps improve the flow of bile it also helps relax cramps up stomach muscles and it gives your drinks a nice refreshing flavor so I’ll be ingredients into a glass fill it up with water and voila the perfect drink to relax and hydrate the body here is another yummy and super cleansing drink for this we’ll need lemons and raspberries lemons are an alkaline fruit a powerful detoxifier high in antioxidants they have super cleansing properties and help neutralize free radicals and raspberries help boost your immune system because these little berries are packed with vitamin C so we’re going to combine all of these benefits into one glass and we’re ready to enjoy this super cleansing flavorful drink okay guys here’s the last infusion I love it’s the strawberry watermelon water so of course we need watermelon strawberries and some mint watermelon contains citrulline an amino acid that helps flush out toxins in the body strawberries help burn stored fat they are great source of fiber and an even more excellent source of the super antioxidant vitamin C they are filled with biotin so they have anti-aging properties and are amazing for skin hair and nails and mint helps to promote a smooth digestion while adding that refreshing flavor so add the sliced watermelon strawberries and top it up with a mint pour in the water and it’s ready to drink this will leave you feeling super refreshed and hydrated so just pop these drinks in the refrigerator for a few minutes and let them cool and soak in all the before you need to change the ingredients again I really feel like this is a great way to get your daily intake of water plus it’s super healthy it’s also a really great way to get kids to drink more also talk to you about the warning signs that you need to know about that is really showing that your body is toxic and you need to detox so let’s dive right in here you know to start you know detoxifying is something that all B people can benefit from in fact if you’re a person who wants to improve your energy balance your hormones improve your digestion and brain health then you need to detox and if you struggle with any type of digestive issue especially constipation or gas and bloating that’s a big warning sign that you need to detox also if you get headaches on a regular basis if you have a white coating on your tongue or bad breath that’s a sign your buddy has overcome with Candida in yeast if you struggle with fatigue aches and pains if you store a lot of belly fat in your midsection especially skin problems like acne and blemishes food cravings especially sweet cravings mood swings weight loss resistance acne body odor in any type of dark circles under your eyes those are some of the most toxic to the body also conventional meat products there is well been doing a lot of conventional dairy products especially will cause your body to be toxic and you can actually do something called a food sensitivities or food intolerance test to see the type of sensitivities you have there as well some of those toxic foods today conventional dairy corn soy shellfish gluten alcohol and chemicals in non-organic food you want to get all of those out that’s the first tip and where to start now let’s talk about the best herbs that help detoxify your body ginger rosemary consuming a diet that’s very high in vegetables herbs and fruits and a small amount of whole sprouted grains and they detoxifying with the Sun in nature getting out in the Sun getting vitamin D swimming in the or walking barefoot doing grounding and earthing can all help naturally detoxify your body there as well and remember these five benefits of detox number one it really supports your liver reduces inflammation supports weight loss helps you have a healthier glowing skin and gives you a better mental edge and cognitive function and again it’s really great to do a mix of things
