everyone welcome back to my channel so today we have my first installment of fit Fridays so today we’re gonna talk about my favorite detox water recipes that I’ve been using a ton lately so this is the first one and I like to drink this before I have breakfast just to start my metabolism so I start with 33 ounces of water a single lemon and half of an orange and you guys can really modify this to be any way you like but I just really like this so I’m just slicing up my fruit just how you normally would obviously be really careful with your knife I was kind of being pretty careless here but be sure to be careful with that I’m just wedging the lemon try not to cut it too much because the more you cut it the less nutrients you get and then I’m just taking all of my cut-up fruit and just sticking it in the water you don’t have to use a glass door and you don’t have to use this much water again really modify this to make it however you want you can make a huge picture of it and just double up on all the fruit or you can make way less however much you’re gonna want and I try to consume this within an hour just because of the amount of sugar in the water recipe number two so I like to start with frozen blueberries and take a quarter cup and stick those in the water you can use fresh ones I just like frozen because they act like ice cubes to keep my water cold and then I am just taking a half of a lemon and sticking that in here all right and then I’m just adding a few drops of lime and then that is that finished recipe and I really like it because it gives a nice fresh taste but you don’t have to add that and then the final recipe is probably my favorite one I like to take about eight or ten slices of cucumber and stick them in my water you can put more or less depending on how much you like or dislike cucumbers and then I’m taking about eight or nine strawberries chopping these up and putting them in the water and again just be conscious of how much you’re chopping them up try not to like chop them up completely because again the more that you chop them the less nutrients the less good stuff you’re gonna get your water and then I’m just takin all that stuff that I just chopped and throwing it in there and then I also ripped up a few mint leaves about three or four minutes and just stuck them in there because I really like the taste of mint but yeah that’s pretty much that recipe so those are my favorite detox water recipes I hope you guys enjoyed this if you have any more fit Friday’s you’d like to see just let me know down below and I’ll be happy to do them thank you so much for watching and I’ll see you back here later

hi guys and welcome to my channel today I’m gonna be sharing with you some weird weight-loss hacks that can help you lose weight really really fast these weight-loss hacks definitely wouldn’t be something that you would use if you wanted like long-term weight loss or if you had a lot of weight to list this is definitely something that you would use if you just had a couple pounds to lose or if you were going to a big photo shoot or maybe your wedding was in a couple of days or you had a big event because most of these hacks are actually just losing water weight but let me go ahead and share these hacks with you the very first weight loss hack that I have for you is getting a deep tissue massage you may have heard of this before but when you get a deep tissue massage you are releasing a lot of toxins that are trapped and stored inside your muscles and when you release the toxins you release water weight as well that’s all that’s why you eat here a lot of people with a massage your muscles the miss I think they call them masseuses maybe that’s right I don’t know if I’m wrong let me know but um you the masseuse is well down that’s you they’ll tell you to drink a lot of extra water after getting massages because of dehydration and the amount of water weight that Joel is some people can lose like a pound or two pounds some people can lose as much as five pounds after a deep tissue massage so that is my first weird weight loss hack the next weird weight loss hack that I have for you is actually ice therapy this concept that was the first time I ever heard it was from Tim Ferriss is for our body if you’ve ever heard of 4-hour body let me know let me know that I’m not the only one but um I actually heard about this concept and there’s two different variations but actually heard us about this concept and when I heard about it I was like wow you’re crazy and the only reason that I actually tested it was because I wanted to prove the guy wrong I was like that is so crazy there’s no way but when I went to go ahead and prove this guy wrong I found out that he was actually right so what it means is you can do the ice therapy or the ice baths and they kind of had the same purpose but ones like getting extreme results and ones like more it takes a couple more days for a therapy what you would do is maybe there’s a spot on your body that have a little bit of extra fat I know a lot of people say that you cannot target fat but when it comes to a therapy they have scientifically proven that you can target fat so what will you do let’s say let’s use for example let’s say the lower abdominals let’s say that you have a little layer of fat you just want gone and what you would do for maybe 20 minutes a day while you’re watching a program where you’re just reading a book or relaxing it you would just put like an ice pack or a bag of ice on your tummy and since it’s so cold it would cause your cells to heat up and burn a lot of ATP and burn calories which would in return burst start burning fat so that is the concept and then if you do the ice bath your whole body’s emerged so your whole body is generating more heat and trying to warm back up so you’re born in even more calories this mechanism wouldn’t be something that you would lose weight like if the second you did it it wouldn’t be as instant gratification but you would see results in there I think it’s in like a five day period is what Tim Ferriss says but you would have to check out that book for sure but what you do is you kind of add it on so you would add that little weight-loss hack on to whatever you’re doing so if you’re eating clean and you’re working out and you added that on to the area that you’re troubled or the having tricky time it would increase your weight loss significantly and then it also helped that target area go away a lot quicker which is really weird when you think about it because I’ve just never thought of anyone that I know when they’re losing weight like sit around with ice packs or sitting an ice bath yeah the concept in general like when I stop and sit and think about it is just sound so forth but that is my next weight-loss hack another weight locks hack that I have for you it’s actually an Epsom salt bath I usually do these once a month Epsom salt baths have been used for a really long time to actually help with like healing your body if you’re really really sick a lot of people will take it up to the salt baths and it will pull out the toxins just like the tissue massage but instead is in a and you don’t have to do the massage part and you look at the box and figure out what ratio you want to do different detoxes different plans to different amounts and you would just after the bath you’re literally whenever I do them I’m usually two to three pounds later and then in the morning and like I said it is definitely water weight because it’s pulling from your skin and I usually like to hydrant myself after I do them because I don’t want to see the number go down because I do know that it’s water weak but if you do want to lose a couple pounds that is another hack another thing that you can do for a weight loss hack is actually have a tablespoon of coconut in the morning I don’t know if you’ve ever heard of this concept but a lot of people talk about like implementing healthy fats can help you lose weight but when you implement healthy foods especially like early in the morning or adding fats like having avocado or having a tablespoon of coconut oil your body recognizes that you already have fat in your storage so it’s okay with releasing other fat body fat so it’s kind of like a test for a task okay I have enough stored away you’re feeding me fat so I’m okay with getting rid of you know your extra body fat so it’s kind of that concept and it actually does work like I said this is not another one that’s gonna be insert gratification but over time you’re definitely gonna see some results the last weight-loss hack that I have for you is not actually helping you lose weight but it’s in the process of helping you lose weight and it is including cinnamon – like maybe your smoothies or maybe – your breakfast in it really if you know about cinnamon you know that cinnamon has some really cool properties in it but one of the weight loss properties that it has is it actually decreases your appetite significantly so if you are a person that has a lot of cravings and you are not good with controlling your cravings cinnamon can definitely help decrease walking really helps you to lose those pounds and I know you may think running helps but walking is just as good as running I like to put on my music and my headphones and just take a little walk I first fell in love with walking when I lived in Moscow for about 6 weeks and I’d always walk through the city I would do it just for fun but in reality I was losing weight and it was a great workout so if you’re confused as to what to eat life some actually has this amazing quiz and it’s a test called the life score test and it helps you to find out how you can get healthier and you get tailored feedback from the experts at life some as to what to eat and it’s structured around your own personal preferences my results stated that I should do classic dieting so it told me exactly what things to eat what not to eat as far as classic dieting goes and there aren’t any off limit foods just focus on how much you eat that’s what I really love about that particular diet eating ice has been a lifesaver for me when it comes to dieting somehow this tricks my brain into thinking that I’m eating a delicious crunchy snack and I can easily make it to my next meal sometimes I’ll just sit at my desk and crunch on ice and this way I won’t go and binge on junk food so if you don’t find regular ice appealing to chew on you can always make flavored ice cubes using your favorite sugar-free drink mix like Crystal Light or even smoothies or low sugar juice to get a little bit more fitness into your everyday routine take the stairs no matter where you’re at whether at school or the mall all calories that you can burn count trust me based on the life’s core test my results say that I should focus on eating healthy to reach my daily calorie goal it tells me how much my calorie goal is get rid of bad foods stack up on healthy things plan your meals and exercises in writing start carrying snacks with you these are all life hacks all by themselves and it also gives you a detailed look at the calories you need to lose speaking of putting things in writing make a list of why you want to lose weight this is really important because if you ever have a weekday where you want to go and eat at McDonald’s take a look at this list and remember why you’re doing this making it to my next meal can sometimes be challenging so to do so I like to sometimes have a cup of coffee or green tea just remember when you do have a cup of coffee or tea that you’re using artificial sweeteners like Splenda or stevia because you don’t want those calories to come with it to reduce high blood pressure as well as bloating and swelling in your body you got to cut down on the salt not only our carbonated drinks filled with sugar that will definitely make you gain weight but they’re also filled with bubbles that are gonna pop in your stomach and they’re going to bloat you stay away from coke life some has this excellent source of information especially when it comes to recipes so if you’re craving chicken you can just search for chicken and it will show you so many delicious recipes featuring chicken that is within your diet plan drinking lots of fiber especially Metamucil is something that I always love to do in order to let that waste come out of me a lot quicker than usual and the less waste in your body the better because that’s going to flatten your stomach and you’re gonna have a lot more energy and I’m pretty sure you can guess exactly what type of waste I’m talking about if you go out somewhere and you don’t want to bring a full meal along with you that you can eat bring sugar free gum with you it’ll definitely help you to make it to your next meal without binging speaking of your daily meals life some has this excellent meal recorder here all you do is you just click on breakfast lunch dinner snacks and then you can either add the food manually or you can scan the barcode of whatever snack or whatever food that you had that day it automatically counts the calories and the exact food that you had it does all the work for you I love it a lot of us who are adults like to have the occasional drink every now and then or maybe even drink socially if so remember these drinks are packed with calories and that’s the reason why you see so many beer bellies walking around just be aware of this because you may want to have a skinny margarita every now and then being on a diet and hanging out with your friends at McDonald’s or Taco Bell can be an issue so if you do happen to go to these places and you want to go out with your friends just have a cup of good and it’s last minute you need to lose extra five pounds ten pounds like whatever or cut out the beginning of school I know everybody starting school and you want to like look so snatched you want to look so lit for the beginning of school well this is what you’re gonna need to do okay so I’m just going to give you three of my top things right now for you to lose weight like right now like emergency like overnight and over the next like three days just lose weight and right now now disclaimer I don’t really believe in diet this is not for a long term they’re not going to do this for a week and then be skinny for your whole entire life okay you’re going to have to do this it’s going to have to be a lifestyle change okay so just understand that I know that and I want you to know that this is not for a lifestyle change this is for my people they need to lose weight right now for like a specific reason or like for a specific evening okay no that’s okay so now over here in the light way so the first thing to do is you need to lose weight right right now is ditch all of your drinks okay all your carbonated drinks so that means all your sodas all your juices or your energy drinks all your anything that is not water digit digital okay digital because that’s sugar and with too much sugar you get insulin resistance with insulin Reserve ticket can you keep it hungry you just keep on eating and you keep on getting better so throw those out right now okay throw those out all you need to be drinking for these next couple of days to lose all the way the chanita lose is water okay just water right now that’s it don’t worry about anything else just water right now if you have to juice throw it out okay or let somebody owes drink it because right now it’s not for you okay okay so for the next one you’re going to need to eat clean okay so no meat okay nobody and it’s going to be hard no meat no dairy that’s the hardest one for me I think dairy is the hardest one no different okay cut that out cut it no meat no dairy what else pretty much just first two just vegetables and nuts and berries like literally that’s it that’s all you need this are you going to eat these in a couple of days if you want to lose all this weight I know it’s going to be hard but if we want to drop it right now and I mean right now drop all that stuff and eat clean so for the next one you’re going to need to move around okay you’re going to need to move around you’re going to need to do some type of exercise or something okay I’m not a big fan of exercise but actually I have a big F something coming up but I’m going to be doing exercise okay you’re going to need to do this if you want to drop that weight right now you’re going to have to move your body around so you’re burning those calories you’re burning the fat okay I suggest doing something that is not going to waste your time so I am NOT going to sit around and do push-ups and sit-ups and crunches okay do a full body workout okay you need to do your low on time so do something that you’re going to do it right now and you’re going to workout your entire body alright so something like running okay you’re working out your arm because you’re pumping you’re working out with your foot you’re working out your legs and your thighs okay I have to pick up summer she still looks sick she’s so sad so my guys she’s almost one look in her shoe boom okay so anyway so back to exercise okay so you’re going to want to do something that is going to work out your entire body looking for something like running and then maybe bare but very cold I want to put that in your life bear crawl if you haven’t heard of it go ahead and Google that okay that’s going to be like a full-body workout okay if you do climbing like rock climb and stuff like that I would not suggest walking okay a break walk isn’t going to get it for you a little walk that’s not going to drop anything for you if you’re doing like a little baby if you’re doing speed walking maybe they’re right did it for you but that’s just a meet I don’t know but those are my three things if you have anything else that you feel it’s going to help you for a life minute weight loss let me know write it down below and I’ll do another video but these things I assure you 100% you’re going to see a difference in 24 hours for short but if you do like a whole week’s you definitely have to see a difference don’t expect to be 10 pounds lighter overnight okay don’t expect that but you’ll see a difference okay look again have a wonderful wonderful beautiful
