hi guys welcome back to my channel as promised this video is a five tips on how to lose weight fast these are things that I’ve just worked for me lately I will show before and after picture in this video somewhere or as a thumbnail so there is a difference and my body is finally getting back on track and it’s dropping weight a little bit faster because as you guys know I was having some problems so I’m really excited and it’s keeping me motivated so I just want to share these things with you just keep in mind that they’ve worked for me I don’t know if they’ll work for everybody but you can experiment like I do all the time forgive me if I’m looking at my phone I did write them down just so I can make sure I get all the information that I want to get out and let’s get started so tip number one I’m going to start with the most boring thing first because I feel like I reiterate this a lot drink water drink at least half of your body weight in water in ounces each day and that should really help them with that being said cut out juice cut out alcohol cut out soda oh my goodness cut out soda anything sugary all that cut out the only thing I will say I’ll have from time to time is the Trader Joe’s like all-natural cranberry juice with no sugar added and I’ll just dilute that in water but otherwise just water and drink after bucket number two drink long or green tea now I was having a lot of issues with tea and I found out that I’m intolerant to caffeine however I kind of went back to the basics this time and just decided look if I break out I break out and but I’m going to go back to the tea that helped me the most so when I was working at Teavana like three years ago um I drink monkey picked long tea religiously now I will say that it is a little bit pricey so it’s one of those things like it’s really kind of weigh out the pros and cons start with the start with a small amount and if it works for you I would really invest in it but it works wonders there’s something about it that has a special enzyme that helps release fat from the body it helps speed up your metabolism if you drink it after or before your meals and I really noticed at that time and I’m gradually starting to notice now that I am a little bit more hungry or after I eat not right after but like I’m getting hungry hungry or each time and the last time that happened to me my metabolism was speeding up and it was burning off my food so long tea right now I’m having an okay time I haven’t had any like severe breakouts or anything like that so I’m crossing my fingers that I do okay because I love this I feel like it’s been helping me for the past week and a half just get back on shock so it’s only been a week sometimes my reactions are delayed with green tea it’s like a couple days and then I’m just like I have all these breakouts so green tea or long tea both help speed up your metabolism they’re great for you I would spend a little bit of extra money on the loose leaf tea I’m not getting paid to tell you guys this once again like I tell you with everything because tea bags I tried to just go the cheaper route and it just didn’t do anything so if you do go pick up you know along tea from Whole Foods or whatever even though it’s organic it’s not loose leaf and it was this one specifically the monkey picked long tea from Tijuana if you don’t have a TV on it you can get it online I’ll link their website in the description bar but it helps a lot tip number three don’t skip breakfast along with that do not skip any meals throughout the day even if it’s something small for a snack if you’re feeding your body consistently your body’s going to get used to that and it’s going to understand that it’s okay to burn off the food that you just ate and it’s because it understands that you’re going to feed it again so when you starve yourself throughout the day your body has to hold on to everything that it has and it won’t start releasing that fat until it knows that it’s going to be fed I hope that makes sense that’s kind of the only way I know how to explain it so you guys understand but yes don’t skip any meals but do not skip breakfast if anything so that is my tip number three this is going to seem kind of weird um and this is something that I’ve just had a good experience with and I’ve noticed that’s interesting pineapple now obviously in moderation don’t just go feasts on pineapple all day every day but I have about like one or two Spears of pineapple I get mine that are already cut from Trader Joe’s you can totally cut your own and just save them in the refrigerator throughout the week but I noticed pineapple has something to do with something I do not know the scientific term I have googled it before to see if it was it would help you lose weight because my cousin and I when we live together we like couldn’t understand like why we were like looking extra thin at one point and we determined it was the pineapple I don’t know why but for some reason incorporating it into your diet I know people say like oh it has a lot of sugar oh that’s not I personally if it’s a fruit I don’t worry about the sugar number 5 this is where it gets a little bit tricky because I understand not everyone has the same exact schedule and not everyone can just not eat after 8 o’clock but not eating after 8 o’clock for me helps a lot now I have a very regular schedule my job I’m at work at 9 o’clock and I’m off at 1 o’clock so I know that at 8:30 I have my breakfast but I love and I have a snack and when I get off I have lunch and then a snack and then whatever and so forth I don’t eat after 8 o’clock sometimes I don’t eat after 6 or 7 o’clock it just depends if I’m hungry or not of course if you’re like really hungry I don’t think there’s anything wrong with having a small snack the healthy found these are tene before bed but do your best not to eat after 8 o’clock now if you are someone that does not have a nine-to-five because I was a server for a very long time where I was working till 2:00 in the morning and I didn’t eat it like 10 o’clock but I wasn’t going to bed until 3:00 in the morning because of my work schedule so I would have liked to eat a chicken and some vegetables in the kitchen so you just kind of have to figure out what your schedules like and what time you decide not to leak to eat after they say don’t eat like two to three hours before you go to sleep and that’s just something you’re going to have to experiment with but I notice that if I don’t eat after 8 o’clock the scales drop I’m here every detox water recipes for weight loss

everyone welcome back to my channel so today we have my first installment of fit Fridays so today we’re gonna talk about my favorite detox water recipes that I’ve been using a ton lately so this is the first one and I like to drink this before I have breakfast just to start my metabolism so I start with 33 ounces of water a single lemon and half of an orange and you guys can really modify this to be any way you like but I just really like this so I’m just slicing up my fruit just how you normally would obviously be really careful with your knife I was kind of being pretty careless here but be sure to be careful with that I’m just wedging the lemon try not to cut it too much because the more you cut it the less nutrients you get and then I’m just taking all of my cut-up fruit and just sticking it in the water you don’t have to use a glass door and you don’t have to use this much water again really modify this to make it however you want you can make a huge picture of it and just double up on all the fruit or you can make way less however much you’re gonna want and I try to consume this within an hour just because of the amount of sugar in the water recipe number two so I like to start with frozen blueberries and take a quarter cup and stick those in the water you can use fresh ones I just like frozen because they act like ice cubes to keep my water cold and then I am just taking a half of a lemon and sticking that in here all right and then I’m just adding a few drops of lime and then that is that finished recipe and I really like it because it gives a nice fresh taste but you don’t have to add that and then the final recipe is probably my favorite one I like to take about eight or ten slices of cucumber and stick them in my water you can put more or less depending on how much you like or dislike cucumbers and then I’m taking about eight or nine strawberries chopping these up and putting them in the water and again just be conscious of how much you’re chopping them up try not to like chop them up completely because again the more that you chop them the less nutrients the less good stuff you’re gonna get your water and then I’m just takin all that stuff that I just chopped and throwing it in there and then I also ripped up a few mint leaves about three or four minutes and just stuck them in there because I really like the taste of mint but yeah that’s pretty much that recipe so those are my favorite detox water recipes I hope you guys enjoyed this if you have any more fit Friday’s you’d like to see just let me know down below and I’ll be happy to do them thank you so much for watching and I’ll see you back here later

more of it so basically you know how in the summer you’re going on vacation but you kind of forget to do exercises and lose weight throughout the whole year so you’re like down to like five days one week maybe two weeks it’s your lucky three weeks if you’re real lucky three weeks or say it’s not vacation say you’re coming on up on a wedding and you want to look good you just want to forget look good and it’s last minute you need to lose extra five pounds ten pounds like whatever or cut out the beginning of school I know everybody starting school and you want to like look so snatched you want to look so lit for the beginning of school well this is what you’re gonna need to do okay so I’m just going to give you three of my top things right now for you to lose weight like right now like emergency like overnight and over the next like three days just lose weight and right now now disclaimer I don’t really believe in diet this is not for a long term they’re not going to do this for a week and then be skinny for your whole entire life okay you’re going to have to do this it’s going to have to be a lifestyle change okay so just understand that I know that and I want you to know that this is not for a lifestyle change this is for my people they need to lose weight right now for like a specific reason or like for a specific evening okay no that’s okay so now over here in the light way so the first thing to do is you need to lose weight right right now is ditch all of your drinks okay all your carbonated drinks so that means all your sodas all your juices or your energy drinks all your anything that is not water digit digital okay digital because that’s sugar and with too much sugar you get insulin resistance with insulin Reserve ticket can you keep it hungry you just keep on eating and you keep on getting better so throw those out right now okay throw those out all you need to be drinking for these next couple of days to lose all the way the chanita lose is water okay just water right now that’s it don’t worry about anything else just water right now if you have to juice throw it out okay or let somebody owes drink it because right now it’s not for you okay okay so for the next one you’re going to need to eat clean okay so no meat okay nobody and it’s going to be hard no meat no dairy that’s the hardest one for me I think dairy is the hardest one no different okay cut that out cut it no meat no dairy what else pretty much just first two just vegetables and nuts and berries like literally that’s it that’s all you need this are you going to eat these in a couple of days if you want to lose all this weight I know it’s going to be hard but if we want to drop it right now and I mean right now drop all that stuff and eat clean so for the next one you’re going to need to move around okay you’re going to need to move around you’re going to need to do some type of exercise or something okay I’m not a big fan of exercise but actually I have a big F something coming up but I’m going to be doing exercise okay you’re going to need to do this if you want to drop that weight right now you’re going to have to move your body around so you’re burning those calories you’re burning the fat okay I suggest doing something that is not going to waste your time so I am NOT going to sit around and do push-ups and sit-ups and crunches okay do a full body workout okay you need to do your low on time so do something that you’re going to do it right now and you’re going to workout your entire body alright so something like running okay you’re working out your arm because you’re pumping you’re working out with your foot you’re working out your legs and your thighs okay I have to pick up summer she still looks sick she’s so sad so my guys she’s almost one look in her shoe boom okay so anyway so back to exercise okay so you’re going to want to do something that is going to work out your entire body looking for something like running and then maybe bare but very cold I want to put that in your life bear crawl if you haven’t heard of it go ahead and Google that okay that’s going to be like a full-body workout okay if you do climbing like rock climb and stuff like that I would not suggest walking okay a break walk isn’t going to get it for you a little walk that’s not going to drop anything for you if you’re doing like a little baby if you’re doing speed walking maybe they’re right did it for you but that’s just a meet I don’t know but those are my three things if you have anything else that you feel it’s going to help you for a life minute weight loss let me know write it down below and I’ll do another video but these things I assure you 100% you’re going to see a difference in 24 hours for short but if you do like a whole week’s you definitely have to see a difference don’t expect to be 10 pounds lighter overnight okay don’t expect that but you’ll see a difference okay look again have a wonderful wonderful beautiful
