I just wanted to say a few things…
There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. It can be overwhelming to decide.
For this reason, once you’ve decided on a particular diet, and it’s time to start menu planning, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. You might wind up back at the drawing board.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
Pretty basic stuff, right? But it’s super important.
In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And there’s really only one reason why…
Menu items that one diet plan allows, a whole other diet plan will not allow. If the person on the screen tells you it’s healthy, you should probably eat it, yeah? And one thing that’s clear… Cooking videos are, in many cases, pretty darn irresistible. 😉
Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.
Seems like pretty responsible advice. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
Clearly, this is common weight loss advice. And it probably has that designation for a reason!
Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.

Then, using your browser’s bookmarking feature, begin saving the videos that you like. Add them to a new folder which you can call “Weight Loss Cooking,” unless another name strikes your fancy.
