So here’s the story…

Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.

It’s for this reason that, once you’ve committed to a diet, and it’s time to start menu planning, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. A lack of focus is often to blame for weight loss failure. It’ll probably return you to the drawing board.

Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.

I cannot overstate how important this is.

I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. The reason for this is actually quite simple…

You’re going to most often develop cravings for whatever it happens to be that your current diet plan disallows, which some entirely different diet protocol totally encourages. The grass always seems greener on the other side. And let’s be honest here. Food-based videos are usually quite seductive. 😉

If you expect to see lasting results, you need to stick to your chosen plan of action. While each diet is completely unique in its approach, many say that healthy food and a slight caloric deficit are really all it take to help you reach your goals.

Makes sense when you really think about it. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.

This is surely the most popular weight loss model in existence. It probably earned its right to be!

But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.

Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!

Go to the Weight Loss recipe videos category page right here on the site. There are countless videos for you to dive into.

Then, using your browser’s bookmarking feature, begin saving the videos that you like. What I would do is compile these into a new bookmark folder which can be labeled “Weight Loss Recipe Vids,” or whatever else happens to strike your fancy.
