Okay, here’s the story…

Diet plans clearly abound. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.

As such, once you’ve made your choice, and it’s time to start menu planning, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. You’re quite likely to find yourself in the frustrating position of starting all over from scratch.

For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.

Make sense?

I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…

On calorie-restriction, you crave high calorie foods. On sugar-restriction, you crave sweets. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s be honest. Cooking videos are, in many cases, ridiculously seductive. 😉

But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.

If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. Oh, and move that body of yours a little more! 😉

This is surely common weight loss advice. And this is for good reason!

Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. It could be detrimental to your results to stray from your diet’s particular ratio.

Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!

Ingredients for Pizza base:-
One cup barley flour
half cup Gram flour
3 spoon of curd

Mix all ingredient together and make a hard dough.

Ingredient for Pizza:-

Chopped vegetables
I have Capsicum, onions, tomatoes and paneer.

make a thick base and cook it on non stick tava on slow flame for 2 to 3 minutes.

after that spread low fat cheez, red souses, salt and chopped vegetables.

Put it again on non stick tava and cover.
Cook pizza on slow flame for 10 minutes.

after 10 minutes Pizza is ready slice it and serve it.
