Quick and SUPER Easy Dessert Recipe Video!

I found the Keebler Mini Pie Crusts and I’m super excited to make all kinds of stuff with them!! What’s so great about this recipe is that it’s a single serving! If you make a large pie sometimes you may cut yourself a piece that is bigger than one serving..

This resolves that completely! You can make one of these or 6 at a time and even wrap them in saran wrap and freeze them.

They are only 5 Points on the Weight Watchers Points plus plan!!!

So here’s the story…

Diet plans are in no short supply, my friend. The sheer volume of diet options is ridiculously overwhelming.

That’s why I believe that, as soon as you’ve decided on a particular diet, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, you need to adhere to your chosen diet plan. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. It may just take you back to the very beginning.

This is why you definitely want to compile a small library of recipes that fit within your particular diet plan. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.

I cannot overstate how important this is.

In the past, I’ve definitely hopped from one thing to the next… like crazy. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…

You’re gonna generally tend to crave whatever items your particular diet plan won’t permit, which some other eating program 100% allows, and perhaps even encourages. The grass always seems greener on the other side. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And one thing that’s clear… Cooking videos are, in many instances, unbelievably difficult to resist. 😉

But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. At the end of the day, eating healthy foods and not going into a crazy caloric surplus may be enough to help you reach your goals.

If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. Eat clean, don’t stuff your face all the time, and the fat should come right off. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.

This is surely standard, conventional advice. It probably earned its right to be!

Calorie reduction isn’t the only game in town though. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.

At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!

Here is how to make them.
1 Keebler Mini Pie Crusts (110 cals per shell)
4 Tablespoons Kraft Cool whip in Creamy Chocolate
1 Teaspoon Nestle Mini Morsels
1/2 Banana

**By the way.. the pie crust is a dessert in itself… SO GOOD!!
On the Pie Crust Layer Bananas first and then 2 Tablespoons of Cool whip and then add a few more bananas slices and then top with 2 more Tablespoons of Cool Whip.
Top with 1 Teaspoon of Nestle Mini Morsels.. YUM
