Okay, here’s the story…
There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. If you’re like me, you’re probably overwhelmed by all of the options.
For this reason, once you’ve decided on a particular diet, and it’s time to start prepping weight loss meals, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. You just may end up needing to start over from scratch.
It’s really a good idea to build up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer or device. So you’d want to compile videos ONLY related to raw-food veganism, if that happens to be your chosen diet plan.
I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. The reason for this is actually quite simple…
Food that one diet plan encourages, a totally different diet will likely forbid. I mean, it’s still officially “diet food,” even if it’s not your diet… right? And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s not BS ourselves. Food videos are oftentimes quite difficult to resist. 😉
But the thing is, for any diet plan to work effectively, you really need to stick to it. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
At the end of the day, it makes sense. Don’t pig out all day, steer clear of prepackaged junk, and you should see some pretty powerful results. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.
This, of course, is common weight loss advice. It probably earned its right to be!
But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. Macro-nutrient ratios are a key focus of many diet plans out there. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.
Keep your eye on the prize! Don’t stray.
