There are obviously many diet plans in the world. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.

For this reason, as soon as you’ve made your choice, and it’s time to start menu planning, you want to avoid looking outside of your chosen diet for meal options. Failure to stay on your chosen path can prove detrimental. It’ll probably have you returning to square one.

Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. So if you’re going low-carb, then build up a low-carb recipe library.

It’s basic, but hugely important.

Hopping from one diet to the next is certainly something that I’ve done in the past. And I’ve done so for one simply reason…

Food and drinks that one diet encourages, another, seemingly equally legit diet program will forbid. It’s always super tempting to dabble. And let’s call a spade a spade… Culinary videos are, in many instances, pretty tempting. 😉

Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Calorie reduction and fresh, healthy foods and drinks are said to be the most surefire way to lose weight healthfully.

If you’re honest with yourself, I’m sure you’ll see the merit in that. Put the right amounts of the right fuel into your body, and reap the rewards of a healthy body and physique. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.

It’s standard, conventional advice. As well it should be!

Even still, if you’re trying to stick to a particular plan, you may want to stay the course. With some diets, macro-nutrient ratios are more important than calories consumed. And it’s generally not advised to mess around with those, if you’re trying to maximize your weight loss.

At least stick with one thing long enough to see results!

Changes I made:

What you will need:
1/2 chopped onion
1/4 dill pickels
1/2 light mayo
1/2 cup of fat free half and half
3 eggs
1 cup 2% shredded cheese
5.5 servings of Oreida Golden Crinkle French fries
1lb 97% fat free ground turkey breast

Pre-heat your oven to 350. Brown the turkey, onion, garlic, and salt and pepper until the turkey is cooked through. Mix in the dill pickels. Add turkey mixture to 13×9 baking dish. In a seperate bowl beat the 3 eggs, light mayo, and fat free half and half together. Add to the turkey mixture. Top with 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese. Top that with the 5.5 servings of the frozen french fries. Bake at 350 for 35 mins or until the fries are golden brown. Add the other half cup of cheese and bake for 5 more mins until the cheese is melted. This recipe makes 8 servings and each serving is 6sp. I served it with a 0sp side salad.
