There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. Choosing one diet over another can be a daunting task.
Therefore, when you’ve committed to a diet, and it’s time to start menu planning, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. Wavering could be detrimental to your weight loss success. You very well may find yourself needing to start all over again.
For this reason, I suggest starting a diet-focused recipe library. So if you’ve chosen the ketogenic diet as your weight loss method, for example, then you ONLY want those types of recipes in your library… and nothing else.
Does this make sense?
I only bring this up because I’ve been guilty of hopping from one plan to the next myself. And when I really think about it, there’s only one reason why…
You will typically have cravings for whatever your chosen eating plan won’t let you consume, which a competing diet system totally encourages. It’s always super tempting to dabble. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s call a spade a spade… Food-based videos are, in many cases, unbelievably tempting. 😉
Choose a lifestyle that you’re thrilled to stick with. That’s how long-term results will be achieved. Of course, it could be said that any diet that focuses on all-natural foods and reasonable portion sizes can be enough all on its own.
Makes sense when you really think about it. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. This is especially true if our activity levels are relatively high.
This is the most popular weight loss model in existence. There’s probably good reason for this!
But even if your chosen diet isn’t a low-calorie model, you may still be well-served to stick with it long-term. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. Failure to adhere to your diet’s particular ratio may compromise your weight loss results.
Stick to the plan. Give yourself a fighting chance!

ADD ¾ CUP (84G) FINELY GROUND ALMOND FLOUR INTO MIXING BOWL
ADD 2 TSP (28G) STEVIA INTO MIXING BOWL
ADD ½ TSP BAKING SODA INTO MIXING BOWL
ADD ¼ TSP BAKING POWDER INTO MIXING BOWL
ADD 1 CRANK PINK HIMALAYAN SEA SALT INTO MIXING BOWL
USE WHISK TO MIX INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
BEAT 1 LARGE WHOLE EGG AND ADD INTO MIXING BOWL
ADD 1 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT INTO MIXING BOWL
⅓ CUP SUGAR FREE CHOCOLATE CHIPS (LILY’S DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS OR LILY’S DARK CHOCOLATE CANDY BAR CUT INTO PIECES) INTO MIXING BOWL
USE SPATULA TO MIX INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
SCOOP TABLESPOON-SIZE SCOOPS OF COOKIE DOUGH ONTO BAKING SHEET WITH PARCHMENT PAPER (SHOULD MAKE AROUND 11 COOKIES)
BAKE ON 325 DEGREES FOR 12-15 MINUTES
