So here’s the story…

There are like a million and one diet plans available to you these days. It can be overwhelming to decide.

So the moment you’ve committed to a diet, and prepping healthy meals is the next step, sticking to your chosen diet is of paramount importance. Straying from your original chosen plan may very well lead to failure. It may just have you returning to the very beginning.

Building up a diet-focused recipe library on your computer is a great idea, for this very reason. If you’re going low-calorie, then compile low-calorie recipes. If you’re a low-carber, then you’ll want low-carb recipes.

Pretty basic stuff, right? But it’s super important.

I’ve been guilty of hopping from one diet to the next. The reason for this is actually quite simple…

Food and beverages that one plan doesn’t let you consume, some other eating plan permits, and perhaps even encourages. It’s always super tempting to dabble. And counter-arguments can be pretty compelling. And let’s not BS ourselves. Food-based videos are usually undeniably difficult to resist. 😉

Clearly, you need to stick to your chosen diet plan long enough to see results. Reaching your weight loss goals may be as simple as eating natural foods and limiting your caloric intake.

At the end of the day, it makes sense. Control the calorie intake, eat clean, and the fat should come right off. This becomes even more powerful as you raise your activity levels.

Clearly, this is conventional wisdom. There’s probably good reason for this!

Of course, not all diet plans follow this model. And even if they don’t, you may want to stick with them anyway. Diets are often effective because of their macro-nutrient ratios. And playing around too much with those may be something to steer clear of.

Give your chosen diet plan enough time to work for you. Then, if it doesn’t, at least you won’t have yourself to blame!

Ingredient list:

2 medium zucchini
1 tsp salt-sprinkled on while draining
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tblsp coconut flour-optional (absorbs excess liquid)
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 pinches salt
1/4 tsp black pepper- optional
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 beaten eggs
oil for frying- heat to 325F

Prepare as shown in the video. Enjoy!
